The listed products cover cloud hosting. TallyPrime may be pre-installed, but software installation does not establish licence entitlement. Your existing eligible Tally licence or a separately purchased licence is required; licence purchases and renewals are separate from the hosting prices shown here.

Backup policy: what is provided on each platform
AWS: daily India-based backup
Our AWS setup includes daily backups of accounting records on infrastructure located in India, as described in the AWS service panel.
Oracle Cloud Access: automatic encrypted backup
In the Oracle Cloud Access environment, an automatic backup is created when the VM starts. Backups are encrypted and protected with password-based access. Restoration is available through the administration panel.
Retention, restoration assistance and downloads
We have not published a standard retention period, recovery-point count, backup download provision or restoration charge for these offerings. These terms are recorded in the service agreement for the selected plan. The daily AWS schedule and Oracle VM-start backup should not be treated as the same backup policy.
TallyDrive and disaster recovery
TallyDrive is part of the disaster-recovery discussion when planning protection for Tally data. A recovery plan needs a usable backup, a suitable restoration environment and checks that the recovered company opens correctly and contains the required transactions.
Our recovery review covers the incident, the available backup dates, the affected companies and the checks needed before work resumes. Recovery time and the amount of recoverable data depend on the available backup and the incident; this page does not promise a fixed recovery time or zero data loss.
The illustrative recovery scenarios below show the difference between cloud access and recovery from a backup. They are not reports of actual customer incidents.

How we migrate your Tally environment
- Assessment: we review your Tally version, licence, company data size, users and TDL customisations.
- Preparation: we plan the migration window and the backup required before transfer.
- Transfer and testing: we configure access and check company opening, reports, printing and exports.
- Handover: we walk through user access, recovery procedures and the support contact.
Setup time depends on data volume, upload speed, licensing and customisation testing. We provide an estimate after assessing the environment and agree the go-live schedule before migration.
Devices, printing, Excel and TDL compatibility
We support planning for Windows and Mac access using the client appropriate to the selected offering. Compatibility testing covers local printers, invoice formats, PDF output, Excel exports, file transfer and TDL add-ons.
The supported operating-system versions and access limits depend on the plan. Microsoft Office licensing, mobile or tablet access and third-party add-on support are specified separately where required.
